The Home Hub Maintenance Membership Program is a comprehensive home maintenance service provided by The Trusted Toolbox. It includes semi-annual inspections of your home’s interior and exterior, detailed reporting, utility usage tracking, priority scheduling, discounted rates, and centralized home records.

As a Home Hub member, your home will be inspected twice a year—once in the spring or summer for the exterior and once in the fall or winter for the interior.

Inspections cover a wide range of home components. Exterior inspections include deck inspection, driveway joints and cracks, walkways and patios, exterior doors, lighting, outlets/GFCI, fences and gates, hose bibs/spigots, drainage, gutters and downspouts, foundation, roof, and plumbing vents. Interior inspections include bathroom and kitchen fixtures, faucets, shut-offs, braided lines, toilet valves, tub and shower controls, cabinetry, washing machine hoses, and dryer vent inspection and cleaning.

The initial visit costs $695.00. After that, the monthly membership fee is $49.95, ensuring that your second and subsequent bi-annual inspections are billed at a total cost of $299.70 each.
