Soaked & Sagging? 🌦️ Summer Might Be Soaking More Than Just Your Lawn!
After a wet and wild spring and early summer, your home’s exterior might be quietly asking for help. Take a quick walk around the house—here are a few common signs that moisture has overstayed its welcome:
🌦️ Your deck boards are doing the wave.
All that rain can cause wood to warp, crack, or feel spongy underfoot. If your deck’s looking tired or uneven, it may be time for a refresh before someone takes a surprise step.
🌦️ Wood rot is creeping in. Check porch columns, trim, or siding for soft spots or peeling paint—moisture may be breaking down the wood underneath. Addressing it early helps prevent bigger repairs later.

Lagaunda and Drake did a phenomenal job on the various woodwork and carpentry items at our house. They were here for three days so actually completed the work sooner than we anticipated which was great, and they were professional, kind, considerate, and communicated if they were coming earlier in the morning or what the status was at the end of each day, etc. We could not be happier with the quality of the work they’ve done.
